1. Services
Mantriora provides mindful leadership coaching services designed for entrepreneurs. Our offerings include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and personalized guidance.
1.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients can book sessions through our contact form. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the session start time. We will accommodate changes based on availability to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
1.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Services
If you cancel a one-on-one session at least 48 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund due to scheduling and planning requirements.
Cancellations for group workshops must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund. After that period, no refunds will be provided, as space and materials are reserved in advance to maintain session quality for all attendees.
2. Digital Products
We offer digital courses, webinars, and guided meditation audio files focused on mindful leadership practices.
2.1 Access and Use
Access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase via secure download links. These resources are for personal use and may not be redistributed.
2.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products
If a digital product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests must be submitted through our contact form. To qualify, less than 20% of the content may have been accessed or streamed. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
3. Physical Goods
From time to time, Mantriora offers branded planners, workbooks, and related merchandise.
3.1 Shipping and Handling
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on destination.
3.2 Refunds and interactions for Physical Goods
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days via our contact form. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once we receive the item back in its original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping the item back unless the item was sent in error.
